Recently, a work commitment brought me to Chelsea, which is one of my favorite areas. My team convened right by the High Line, which was both beautiful and inspiring. We had a professional development and planning day at Drift Studio, which was a joy to be a part of. I snapped some photos while I was there, seeing as the lighting was absolutely perfect for head shots and the like.
Here are some photos from the day:

Isn’t this gorgeous? I’m obsessed with the wood theme they have going on.

Caffeine is my wife. I was really excited to see this in the space. More coffee, always.

This candle sat atop the main table and it caught my eye. Definitely have to look into getting one of these. Mmmm Merlot.

I mean the lighting was perfect for a selfie. Couldn’t resist, haha.

Afterwards, the team went to GastroMarket for happy hour. Normally, I’m too much of a whimp to sit outside in the summer but this was just right.
Overall, it was a fun and productive day. I think field trips are essential in any line of work. I’m all for it! Haha. :)
