Jersey Girls in the Wilderness ... Not Quite

Jewelry: Flea Market, Gypsy Warrior, and Marc by Marc Jacobs
Nails: Your Hut or Mine - Essie

Midterms are finally over Praise the Lord. They were terrible, and I think they're such a waste of time. *rollseyes* But what's so much worse is group projects ... seriously? I hate working with people who hijack the group and are so demeaning. Calm it down there, kid ...

It was a really demanding week (as usual) but testing made it 100x worse. I was so thankful for the weekend, you have no idea.

I finally got to see my best friend! We have conflicting schedules like you wouldn't believe but we made something work! Woohoo!

We got all dolled up and she picked me up for our little Panera date. It was pretty crowded so we decided to eat outside. Unfortunately, we didn't realize that bees are still hanging out in this chilly weather, so we were surrounded by them (okay, one ... one small one) and started screaming and ran away from all of our stuff. In heels. People looked at us weird and no one helped us - rude. Pretty funny, though.

Afterwards, we headed to a cute little town for a motorcycle convention. Hey hey! ;) Just kidding, they were all pretty old but it was still cool to see.

We then got some Starbucks and Crumbs cupcakes - canoli for her and devil's food for me.

We took a ton of photos of the colorful fall leaves and took a stroll through the charming little town. It started getting super cold, so we headed back towards home but stopped for a little while at a cute little park nearby. It had a lovely pond and so many trees and it was perfect photo material. People were walking their dogs and the wind was blowing in our hair and just oh my god. I love this season.

I subjected us to torture by forcing her to watch the Cory Monteith episode of Glee. We cried like babies (okay, I cried way more).

It was just so nice to see her and hug her like crazy. Best friends keep you going.

Now, I'm recharged and ready for the week! Bring it on!
